Mr. YOUK Bunna is currently serving as Secretary of state of the Ministry of Civil Service of Cambodia, a member of the Supreme National Economic Council and the President of the Royal School of Administration. With his current positions, he has been actively working in leading and coordinating the Public Administrative Reform Program of the Government as the Chairman of the Public Administrative Reform Committee and Chairman of the Compensation Reform Working Group of the Government. He has been mostly involved in developing and implementing the policies, strategies and reform actions related to public service delivery, human resource management and development, institutional capacity improvement, and compensation in the public sector. Prior to this he had held various roles and professional activities such as Deputy Manager of the Secretariat of Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee of the Government; Director of the Personnel Department, Ministry of Economy and Finance; the National Consultant on employment policy and capacity building; lecturer at the public and private universities in Cambodia; and guest speakers at national and international forums. He studied law at the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh and pursued his study in public law and public administration in France, where he was qualified for Master in Public Administration. He also has Master of Business Administration from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
